AB  - The goals of this project are to create awareness about the knowledge deficit present in the community about resources, determine which resources are most needed and useful to clients in this community and modify the pamphlet as needed, incorporate all stakeholders (OHSU nursing students, clients, Gresham CARES, and Gresham Fire and Emergency Services, etc.) to use the resources that we have provided to CARES clients, increase organization and utilization of client’s frequently used contacts and resources, and decrease stress levels and the feeling of being overwhelmed within our clients.
