      abstract = {Prostate-specific antigen (PSA)-based prostate cancer  screening recommendations are going through drastic  changes. The U.S. Preventive Task Services 2017 (current  draft recommen-dation), American Cancer Society 2016, and  National Comprehensive Cancer Network 2016 have updated  their recommendations to include a shared decision-making  (SDM) process for men when they are considering PSA  testing. To ensure that the recommendations are followed in  clinical practice, patient decision aids (PSA-PtDAs) are  one strategy to support SDM. However, the effect of the  PSA-PtDAs on men?s intention to undergo PSA testing remains  unclear. The purpose of this systematic review and  meta-analysis was to answer the following key questions:  (1) how do PSA-PtDAs compared with usual care affect men?s  prostate cancer screening behavior and (2) are  com-puter-based interactive PSA-PtDAs more influential in  changing men?s screening intention than other types of  decision aids?},
