This study examined whether a low-cost, single-session intervention at the “Let’s Get Healthy!” fair improved nutrition-related knowledge and behaviors in 4th–6th graders. Participants who completed a diet screener and read a nutrition handout were compared to those who did not. Questionnaires measured personal, environmental, and behavioral factors based on Social Cognitive Theory. Results assessed overall score changes, gender differences, and age associations. Findings will inform whether brief interventions can positively influence dietary behaviors in children.
