AB  - The purpose of this project was to improve the transition to practice by conducting a content analysis of existing nurse reflections through a resilience engineering framework to identify early indicators of maximizing or exceeding limits of resilience and underperformance for practice readiness. The aims were to (1) describe the early indicators of nurse resilience and underperformance, and (2) compare themes of resilience and underperformance risk based on variation in eleven nurse author characteristics.
