      abstract = {The population at risk for hazardous exposures of  pesticides includes over 2 million full-time agricultural  workers and their family members. Over 130,136 pesticide  related calls are made to poison control per year and an  average of 20,116 cases are treated in health care  facilities, yet studies have shown that there are evident  gaps in pesticide knowledge among healthcare providers.  This project focuses on increasing provider pesticide  knowledge with the use of a thorough and concise  educational intervention for providers to be able to  identify patients at risk for pesticide related illnesses  and diagnose and manage patients who present with pesticide  illness or toxicity.},
