This combination puts individuals at increased risk for numerous negative psychosocial and health related consequences including premature death. Identifying individuals with both conditions is a necessary first step in treatment that starts with initial standardized screening. This project was directed at improving the screening practices prior to psychiatric referral and subsequent treatment of clients identified with comorbid ADHD and SUD in a federally qualified health center serving a large percentage of clients with SUD. 000008035 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000008035 650__ $$aReferral and Consultation$$025251 000008035 650__ $$aBias$$028791 000008035 650__ $$aSubstance-Related Disorders$$032029 000008035 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000008035 650__ $$aAttention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity$$015204 000008035 650__ $$aCOVID-19$$013515 000008035 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000008035 7001_ $$aSpears, Sarah$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008035 8564_ $$9f2a0e0a7-2ee8-4655-aae7-de9f8c945e07$$s269995$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/8035/files/Spears.Sarah.2020.pdf 000008035 905__ $$a/rest/prod/3t/94/5r/51/3t945r514 000008035 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:8035$$pstudent-work 000008035 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
