This study presented a preliminary validation for the use of a personalized 3D printed phantom for out-of-field photon dosimetry and provided an initial test for use in out-of field proton dosimetry. This work also demonstrated that accuracy in dosimeter placement with respect to the field edge was of equal or greater importance than phantom design when measuring out-of-field dose for photon therapy. 000008082 650__ $$aRadiation Oncology$$031093 000008082 650__ $$aPhysics$$024121 000008082 650__ $$aPediatrics$$023687 000008082 650__ $$aMedical Oncology$$021943 000008082 6531_ $$a3d printing 000008082 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000008082 7001_ $$aSwanson, Amanda E. 000008082 8564_ $$94da43118-7c5b-43ec-927a-e7ff7f0a3635$$s846024$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/8082/files/Swanson.Amanda.2020.pdf 000008082 905__ $$a/rest/prod/hh/63/sw/61/hh63sw61n 000008082 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:8082$$pstudent-work 000008082 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
