This innovative Center, based in the Department of Family Medicine at the Oregon Health & Science University and partnered with OCHIN, Inc., will provide a regional resource for dissemination and implementation (D&I) science. The BRIDGE-C2 Center's overarching goal is to advance D&I science to improve cancer screening and prevention in underserved populations. Community health centers (CHCs) provide excellent care to over 28 million people, but like many primary care practices serving populations impacted by health disparities, they face obstacles to delivering evidence-based cancer prevention to their patient populations. The BRIDGE-C2 Center will create tailored, focused approaches to support diverse practices' implementation of evidence-based interventions to close gaps in cancer prevention care. 000008221 540__ $$fCC BY 000008221 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000008221 650__ $$aMedically Underserved Area$$021955 000008221 650__ $$aSocial Determinants of Health$$040530 000008221 650__ $$aHealth Disparate, Minority and Vulnerable Populations$$013779 000008221 650__ $$aEvidence-Based Medicine$$031532 000008221 650__ $$aEarly Detection of Cancer$$038151 000008221 6531_ $$acancer 000008221 6531_ $$abridge-c2 000008221 6531_ $$adissemination and implementation science 000008221 6531_ $$acancer prevention 000008221 6531_ $$aneoplasms 000008221 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000008221 692__ $$aDepartment of Family Medicine$$041416 000008221 7001_ $$aAngier, Heather$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 7001_ $$aDeVoe, JE$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 7001_ $$aHuguet, N.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 7001_ $$aLikumahuwa-Ackman, S.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 7001_ $$aMarino, M.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 7001_ $$aCohen, D.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 7001_ $$aFlocke, S.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 7001_ $$aGold, R.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008221 711__ $$aResearch Week$$uOregon Health and Science University$$d2020 000008221 8564_ $$9b13e6125-cb3d-4eb6-9831-83b8e70d7e36$$s51447$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/8221/files/Heather-Angier.pdf 000008221 905__ $$a/rest/prod/7d/27/8t/63/7d278t63v 000008221 980__ $$aResearch Week
