N2  - Rates of hospitalizations due to complications from drug use and infections with hepatitis C virus (HCV) have increased amidst the ongoing substance use epidemic. Persons who use drugs (PWUD) face numerous barriers to initiating and completing HCV treatment. Since hospitalization is an opportunity to engage PWUD regarding substance use, we aimed to understand how hospitalization alters HCV treatment readiness and engagement.
