To gain further insight into the infectious cycle without complete ablation of host or viral proteins we designed alpaca derived variable-heavy-chain antibody fragments (VHHs) against ZIKV. VHHs are encoded on a single gene, can be expressed in mammalian cells, and bind cognates in cytoplasm. 000008286 540__ $$fCC BY 000008286 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000008286 650__ $$aZika Virus$$011750 000008286 650__ $$aCamelids, New World$$016001 000008286 6531_ $$azikv capsid protein 000008286 6531_ $$avariable-heavy-chain antibody fragments 000008286 6531_ $$aalpacas 000008286 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000008286 692__ $$aDepartment of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology$$041429 000008286 7001_ $$aWeinstein, Jules$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008286 7001_ $$aMerutka, Ilaria$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008286 7001_ $$aTafesse, Fikadu$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000008286 711__ $$aResearch Week$$uOregon Health and Science University$$d2020 000008286 7201_ $$aCebra, Christopher$$uOregon State University$$eCollaborator$$7Personal 000008286 7201_ $$aHirsch, Alec$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$eCollaborator$$7Personal 000008286 8564_ $$9ee474ce3-c006-4266-8c0c-8c9dcf18404a$$s46146$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/8286/files/Jules-Weinstein.pdf 000008286 905__ $$a/rest/prod/m3/26/m2/33/m326m233x 000008286 980__ $$aResearch Week
