The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of a novel physical exam maneuver, the Portland Pivot Kick (PPK), in predicting the potential benefit of arthroscopic partial medial meniscectomy in treating mechanical symptoms, even in the presence of osteoarthritis.
