000000872 520__ $$aThis study examines the relationship between health insurance continuity and the receipt of cervical cancer preventive services among women receiving care in safety-net clinics in Oregon and California from 2008 to 2010. Using electronic health record data provided by OCHIN, Inc.—a nonprofit organization supporting community health centers nationwide—we analyzed patterns of insurance coverage and preventive care utilization. Findings contribute to understanding how insurance stability influences access to essential cancer prevention services in vulnerable populations.
