TY - GEN N2 - This purpose of this Capstone project was to create a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) tool that healthcare organizations can use to evaluate the expected changes in revenue after introduction of a remote patient monitoring (RPM) program to prevent congestive heart failure (CHF) readmissions. This paper also examines technical considerations of an RPM program and applies a socio-technical framework and best practices from existing literature to inform the design and implementation of an RPM program.
