With this in mind, it is important that those who experience brain injury receive the best care possible throughout their recovery. To ensure timely and focused appointments, some outpatient clinics require patients to complete intake paperwork prior to the first appointment. This can be challenging for patients who have experienced TBI. The aim of this project was to increase intake paperwork completion at an outpatient clinic in Tigard, Oregon specializing in TBI to enhance timeliness of care. Interventions took place during three separate PDSA cycles utilizing email reminders, phone call reminders and phone call reminders with a description of intake paperwork importance.}, number = {ETD}, doi = {https://doi.org/10.6083/p2676w102}, recid = {8888}, address = {2021}, }
