In CPOE, clinical users directly enter medications, laboratory, and radiology orders into the computer. Two primary research questions guide this study: 1) How do physicians perceive the usefulness and ease of use of the different order set types? 2) What are the factors associated with physicians’ perceived satisfaction and use of the different order set types? Measuring factors relating to physicians’ perception and satisfaction with order set use will be beneficial for future CPOE system design, development, implementation, and training. This information may have implications for how CPOE order sets can be effectively designed and “marketed” for physician acceptance and use. 000000908 540__ $$fCC BY 000000908 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000000908 650__ $$aAttitude to Computers$$015207 000000908 650__ $$aElectronic Prescribing$$038434 000000908 650__ $$aMedical Order Entry Systems$$036354 000000908 650__ $$aComputers$$016992 000000908 650__ $$aElectronics, Medical$$018299 000000908 650__ $$aDrug Prescriptions$$024578 000000908 650__ $$aSurveys and Questionnaires$$025037 000000908 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000000908 692__ $$aDepartment of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology$$041422 000000908 7001_ $$aLim, Darren$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000000908 7201_ $$aAsh, Joan$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$7Personal$$eAdvisor 000000908 8564_ $$996d721ac-10db-48d1-b639-a77b015acca4$$s404227$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/908/files/911_etd.pdf$$ePublic$$233493a28b7b10e363d64a515bcb13f8d$$31 000000908 905__ $$a/rest/prod/j6/73/13/85/j67313856 000000908 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:908$$pstudent-work 000000908 980__ $$aBiomedical Informatics
