The purpose of this project was to increase organizational knowledge and understanding about a method of routine outcome monitoring called Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT), and to make steps towards its eventual implementation. Implementation research on FIT indicates that organizations must have a strong existing culture of feedback before attempting to move through the five stages of FIT implementation. This project provided team members at the private practice clinic with training in the essential concepts of FIT to further promote the organizational culture of feedback. 000009111 650__ $$aMental Health Services$$022048 000009111 650__ $$aOrganizational Culture$$028284 000009111 650__ $$aMental Health$$022046 000009111 650__ $$aAmbulatory Care Facilities$$014523 000009111 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000009111 650__ $$aFeedback$$018928 000009111 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000009111 7001_ $$aThelin, Isaac$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009111 8564_ $$91e598120-9259-411b-8b74-eb6c5c1138c8$$s275685$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9111/files/Thelin.Isaac.2021.pdf 000009111 905__ $$a/rest/prod/j0/98/zb/91/j098zb91x 000009111 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:9111$$pstudent-work 000009111 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
