Richmond Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with an established framework of integrated behavioral health in primary care. The expertise of Behavioral health consultants (BHCs) is integrated to assist patients with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other mental and behavioral health conditions. The Richmond team sought explore important considerations for expanding behavioral health in diabetes.
