Yet gender inequity in the field of nutrition seems to be rarely discussed in dietetics discourse. This capstone examines articles from the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics between 1991-2020 to better understand how the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics addresses gender inequity.
