The creation of an SRS plan is an involved process with many parameters to be considered and the treatment efficacy is sensitive to the accuracy of its delivery. As a result, the process of effective plan creation with acceptable normal tissue and organ at risk (OAR) sparing can be time consuming. The Elements treatment planning system (TPS) offers a streamlined approach to creating cranial SRS plans.
