These were presumed to be from peer libraries that were unable to access their print collections, and few seemed specific to COVID-information needs. This raised the question, “What are libraries doing about providing requested materials in this resource sharing environment, especially when requests cannot be filled through ILL/ DD?” This report introduces a multi-institutional research effort by health sciences library staff that is being planned to understand the demand for, and efforts to supply, content from library print and online collections, as well as third-party providers, during COVID. The purpose of this report is to describe the research-in-progress and encourage additional research into maintaining access to information during extraordinary conditions. The expectation is that the results of such research efforts may provide insight on how libraries can adapt their ILL/DD services and workflows during emergencies, license and share resources in the future. 000009209 540__ $$fCC BY-ND 000009209 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000009209 650__ $$aCOVID-19$$013515 000009209 650__ $$aInterlibrary Loans$$020921 000009209 650__ $$aLibraries, Medical$$021479 000009209 6531_ $$aDocument delivery 000009209 6531_ $$aHealth sciences libraries 000009209 692__ $$aOHSU Library$$042355 000009209 7001_ $$aCreazzo, Jeannine$$uRobert Wood Johnson University Hospital 000009209 7001_ $$aBakker, Caitlin$$uUniversity of Minnesota 000009209 7001_ $$aKoos, Jessica A.$$uStony Brook University 000009209 7001_ $$aJo, Phill$$uUniversity of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center 000009209 7001_ $$aAlpi, Kristine M.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009209 789__ $$eIs version of$$w10.1080/1072303X.2021.1936739$$2DOI 000009209 792__ $$aJeannine Creazzo, Caitlin Bakker, Jessica A.
