Microenvironmental ligands bind to cell-surface receptors and trigger protein cascades that impact many aspects of cell behavior. Aberrations in the ligand signaling network can drive the progression of many different pathologies, including cancer. Our prior research has characterized the molecular and phenotypic changes that occur in MCF10A cells, a mammary epithelial cell line, treated with a panel of six microenvironmental ligands that target different canonical pathways. Cells exposed to the perturbagens were assayed for gross phenotypic, proteomic, RNA expression, and epigenetic changes. 000009232 540__ $$fCC BY 000009232 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000009232 650__ $$aCell Movement$$016289 000009232 650__ $$aCell Biology$$017350 000009232 650__ $$aSignal Transduction$$028380 000009232 650__ $$aEpithelial Cells$$018550 000009232 650__ $$aMultiomics$$014089 000009232 6531_ $$acell migration 000009232 6531_ $$acancer 000009232 6531_ $$acytokine signaling 000009232 692__ $$aOHSU Center for Spatial Systems Biomedicine$$041486 000009232 7001_ $$aMcLean, Ian$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009232 7001_ $$aGrosse, Sean$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009232 7001_ $$aHeiser, Laura$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009232 711__ $$aResearch Week$$uOregon Health and Science University$$d2021 000009232 8564_ $$9b60412d8-c902-4d45-ba1d-774bd5c5eaf9$$s51447$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9232/files/McLean-Ian-OHSU-ResearchWeek-2021.pdf 000009232 905__ $$a/rest/prod/sx/61/dn/15/sx61dn151 000009232 980__ $$aResearch Week
