AUA match data supports acceptance into urology has not been a major barrier to entry (83% female match rate, and 85% overall). While these statistics represent progress toward a more gender diverse workforce in urology there are still large disparities in overall representation, compensation, and leadership advancement, particularly in the academic environment for female physicians. Pediatric urology is one of the more common fellowships for female urologists to complete, making it an ideal population to evaluate the climate for women physicians and compare perceptions and experiences of gender inequity based on characteristics including gender, faculty status, parental status, and years in practice. 000009266 540__ $$fCC BY 000009266 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000009266 650__ $$aGender Equity$$013435 000009266 650__ $$aHealth Workforce$$019887 000009266 650__ $$aPhysicians$$024116 000009266 650__ $$aPediatrics$$023687 000009266 650__ $$aOrganizational Culture$$028284 000009266 650__ $$aUrology$$027657 000009266 650__ $$aSexism$$040242 000009266 650__ $$aDiversity, Equity, Inclusion$$013904 000009266 6531_ $$apediatric urology 000009266 7001_ $$aHaslam, Roxanne E.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009266 7001_ $$aMartin, Leigh H.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009266 7001_ $$aCollins, Austin$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009266 7001_ $$aBassale, Solange$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009266 7001_ $$aChen, Yiyi$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009266 7001_ $$aSeideman, Casey A.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009266 711__ $$aResearch Week$$uOregon Health and Science University 000009266 8564_ $$9a1db89b5-bcc8-4c7d-9032-9538e2f09948$$s128281$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9266/files/Martin-Leigh-OHSU-ResearchWeek-2021.pdf 000009266 905__ $$a/rest/prod/5q/47/rp/43/5q47rp43q 000009266 980__ $$aResearch Week
