With every person absorbing information in different ways, having a diverse selection of models and visuals is important; one model or visual might not make sense as much as the next. My model demonstrates that reflecting upon one?s self is the base/trunk of the career management journey. Then finally reaching the point of branching networks out to include different types of support and points of view.
