TY - GEN N2 - T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia (T-LGLL) is a chronic lymphoproliferative disorder of mature cytotoxic T-cells. Accurate diagnosis is challenging, requiring integration of morphologic, immunophenotypic, molecular, and clinicopathologic findings.
