Accurate prediction of lung dose can dictate treatment success by preventing pulmonary toxicity. Normal treatment planning consists of basic hand calculations and in vivo dosimetry. The use of a treatment planning system (TPS) is an unverified method at the extended treatment distance required by TBI. Our aim is to analyze the Eclipse TPS as a viable method to determine required monitor units (MU) to meet a prescription and estimate dose to the lungs during blocked treatment fractions. 000009547 540__ $$fCC BY 000009547 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000009547 6531_ $$aacuros 000009547 6531_ $$atotal body irradiation 000009547 6531_ $$alung dose 000009547 6531_ $$aeclipse 000009547 6531_ $$atreatment planning system 000009547 6531_ $$atreatment planning 000009547 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000009547 7001_ $$aHeath, Mason$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009547 7001_ $$aZhang, Junan$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009547 7001_ $$aPillai, Susha$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009547 711__ $$aResearch Week$$uOregon Health and Science University$$d2022 000009547 8564_ $$96b7e5bea-de8c-4553-a76c-0474d26069cb$$s161505$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9547/files/Heath-Mason-OHSU-ResearchWeek-2022.pdf 000009547 905__ $$a/rest/prod/mw/22/v6/07/mw22v607c 000009547 980__ $$aResearch Week
