AB  - End-of-life discussions are essential to ensure patients receive the care they desire without undergoing unnecessary or harmful treatments. One training resource, the Serious Illness Conversation Guide (SICG), provides guidance and language for clinicians engaging in these discussions.  The objectives of this research are to understand patient attitudes and experience with the SICG in a primary care setting and its impact on the patient-provider relationship.
