Milestones for anesthesiology were published in 2014 to help guide progress through competencies, but programs often find these challenging to implement. In response, a set of core case-based entrustable professional activities (EPAs) and procedural assessments was developed. However, the EPAs didn't cover all ACGME Milestones. The aim of this study was to develop a set of additional ad-hoc assessments that, when combined with the 20 core EPAs and procedural assessments previously described, resulted in programmatic assessment that informs the majority of anesthesiology milestones and grants entrustment to trainees in all sub-competencies. 000009617 540__ $$fCC BY 000009617 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000009617 650__ $$aAnesthesiology$$014732 000009617 6531_ $$aentrustable professional activities 000009617 6531_ $$aacgme 000009617 6531_ $$aprogrammatic assessment 000009617 6531_ $$amilestones 000009617 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000009617 7001_ $$aGoldstein, Zachary$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009617 7201_ $$aWoodworth, Glenn$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$ePI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aMarty, Adi$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aAmbardekar, Aditee$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aArthur, Mary$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aLadlie, Beth$$uMayo Clinic$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aChen, Fei$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aFromer, Ilana$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aMitchell, John$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aKlesius, Lisa$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aDuncan, Michael$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aTanaka, Pedro$$uStanford University$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aIsaak, Robert$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aManiker, Robert$$uColumbia University$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aBooth, Greg$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aMitchell, Sally A.$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aVan Cleve, Will C.$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aChandran, Neethu$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aEskildsen, Jenny$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aRayaz, Hassan$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aRiveros Perez, Efrain$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aMcGrath, Brian$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aShepler, John$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aJuve, Amy M.$$uOregon Health and Science Univerisity$$041354$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aSims, Charles$$uMayo Clinic$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aSpofford, Christina$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 7201_ $$aHoang, Tom$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354$$eCo-PI$$7Personal 000009617 8564_ $$9d0673bb0-f4fd-49db-bb43-97330d6b65e9$$s1604443$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9617/files/Goldstein.Zach.CaptionWeek.2022.pdf 000009617 905__ $$a/rest/prod/p2/67/6w/15/p2676w15f 000009617 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:9617$$pstudent-work 000009617 980__ $$aScholarly Project Capstones
