CFS has been managed with medications that reduce nerve excitability or immunosuppressive therapy. However, formal recommendations regarding management of labor in patients with CFS are lacking. This report presents a case of successful management of CFS during an otherwise normal vaginal delivery in a patient with Celiac disease. This case report was created to guide clinical decision-making for obstetric and anesthesia providers who encounter a pregnant patient with a history of CFS. 000009628 540__ $$fCC BY 000009628 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000009628 650__ $$aMalignant Hyperthermia$$021769 000009628 650__ $$aAnesthesia$$014714 000009628 650__ $$aNeuromuscular Diseases$$022852 000009628 650__ $$aChild Labor$$012936 000009628 6531_ $$acramp fasciculation syndrome 000009628 7001_ $$aBartlett, Thomas$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009628 7001_ $$aManigrasso, Jayne$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009628 7001_ $$aTogioka, Brandon$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009628 711__ $$aResearch Week$$uOregon Health and Science University 000009628 8564_ $$9b640ecce-1fb2-4470-8985-bce17b3c9b06$$s157143$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9628/files/Research_Week_2022_Tom_Bartlett_Abstract_.pdf 000009628 905__ $$a/rest/prod/4j/03/d0/41/4j03d041z 000009628 980__ $$aResearch Week
