AB  - More than half of U.S. healthcare providers and trainees across specialties report symptoms of professional burnout. Burnout has numerous deleterious effects on clinicians, patients, and the healthcare system.  This project's aims are twofold: the first is to examine the state of burnout among psychiatric providers at an urban psychiatric hospital. The second is to educate and encourage advocacy at the organizational level through the creation and delivery of an evidence-based presentation for hospital providers and senior leadership team (SLT).
