Pediatric healthcare advocates like the American Academy of Pediatrics have examined the harms associated with SDOH and responded with policy statements reflecting the need for a universal approach to screen and address risk factors across all healthcare settings. This project offers insight into the process of implementing universal SDOH screening in routine pediatric care. However, the generalizability of results across settings and populations is limited to a similar setting and population.
