This distress can negatively impact the therapeutic relationship, lead to high levels of provider burn-out and distress, and contribute to patient dissatisfaction. This quality improvement (QI) project details the development of a CSRC including coordinating interested participants and formalizing logistics for case referral and review process at a metropolitan nonprofit community health organization. The aim of this QI project was to provide clinical support for challenging cases involving CS treatment planning through a committee of interprofessional staff offering individualized evidence-based recommendations and resources. 000009708 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000009708 650__ $$aControlled Substances$$039987 000009708 650__ $$aQuality Improvement$$039456 000009708 650__ $$aAdvisory Committees$$033292 000009708 6531_ $$acontrolled substance committee 000009708 6531_ $$ahealth care outcome assessment 000009708 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000009708 7001_ $$aGardner, Natasha A.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009708 8564_ $$916c94cf8-768b-4cea-b5b2-aa0ea231a179$$s384088$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9708/files/Gardner.Avalon.2022.pdf 000009708 905__ $$a/rest/prod/f7/62/3d/20/f7623d209 000009708 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:9708$$pstudent-work 000009708 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
