Our team assessed feasibility of this by reviewing the benefits of integrated behavioral health services, conducting interviews with key stakeholders to determine their needs with regards to prospective psychology services, and assisting the Peds GI division with the creation of a framework for assessing the value-added by a psychologist. Key to understand the matrixed environment of Peds GI and Department of Psychology?s desires, stakeholder interviews shed light on the necessity to aim for strategic recruitment of new psychologists who are interested in non-clinical pursuits, such as teaching, research, and advocacy in addition to clinical care, in order to satisfy the multiple stakeholders. Chronic pain disorders and autism spectrum disorders are two relevant domains highlighted as potential research areas that may benefit multiple pediatric clinics and assist OHSU in becoming a gold standard leader in Peds GI services. 000009728 540__ $$fCC BY 000009728 542__ $$fIn copyright - joint owners 000009728 650__ $$aAutism Spectrum Disorder$$011199 000009728 650__ $$aChronic Pain$$039552 000009728 650__ $$aBehavioral Medicine$$015416 000009728 650__ $$aPsychology$$024837 000009728 650__ $$aGastroenterology$$019414 000009728 650__ $$aPatient Care Team$$023663 000009728 650__ $$aDelivery of Health Care, Integrated$$031297 000009728 650__ $$aChild$$016462 000009728 691__ $$aSchool of Medicine$$041369 000009728 692__ $$aDivision of Management$$041635 000009728 7001_ $$aSebring, Lia$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009728 7001_ $$aAlbarado, Megan$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009728 7001_ $$aMartin, Becky$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009728 7001_ $$aVasoya, Bella$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009728 7001_ $$aWillis, Nikki$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000009728 8564_ $$921a67fd8-6fbb-4cc7-b119-3facf1887fe0$$s269270$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/9728/files/Sebring.Lia.2022.pdf$$ePublic$$2057b069a6c9e56dfc3b86ce4a5c03dff$$31 000009728 905__ $$a/rest/prod/7w/62/f8/96/7w62f896n 000009728 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:9728$$qstudent-work 000009728 980__ $$aCapstone Abstracts in Healthcare Administration & Management
