Nearly all acute myocardial infarctions (AMIs) are caused by CAD. The purpose of the clinical inquiry project is to review current evidence-based literature for pre-hospital ECG's when STEMI is a concern, and analyze regional barriers and challenges to effective and timely PPCI hospital pre-notification of STEMI arrival. 000000988 540__ $$fCC BY 000000988 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000000988 650__ $$aSigns and Symptoms$$025996 000000988 650__ $$aElectrocardiography$$018280 000000988 650__ $$aMyocardial Infarction$$022601 000000988 650__ $$aEmergency Medical Services$$018348 000000988 6531_ $$astemi (st-segment mi) local 000000988 6531_ $$asymptoms 000000988 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000000988 7001_ $$aMiller, Jane N.$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000000988 8564_ $$907eeb2ef-8607-401f-87de-0377fe575a8d$$s1427179$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/988/files/991_etd.pdf 000000988 905__ $$a/rest/prod/n5/83/xv/01/n583xv01b 000000988 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:988$$pstudent-work 000000988 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
