FM is a debilitating chronic pain condition that can be one of the more severe disorders on the continuum of persistent pain. FM affects both men and women, although research shows that women are at least seven times more likely than men to have a diagnosis of FM. The prevalence of FM increases with age and appears to peak around the sixth decade of life. This project seeks to address some of these questions that still remain. Specifically, we aimed to determine if mindfulness is related to FM impact. 000000990 540__ $$fCC BY 000000990 542__ $$fIn copyright - single owner 000000990 650__ $$aAwareness$$015271 000000990 650__ $$aFibromyalgia$$019029 000000990 650__ $$aAttention$$015203 000000990 650__ $$aMindfulness$$040519 000000990 6531_ $$aalternative therapies 000000990 691__ $$aSchool of Nursing$$041370 000000990 7001_ $$aCasselberry, Marie$$uOregon Health and Science University$$041354 000000990 8564_ $$92ae8cac6-9f5c-4155-8e38-bf0279ea6ec0$$s409882$$uhttps://digitalcollections.ohsu.edu/record/990/files/993_etd.pdf 000000990 905__ $$a/rest/prod/hd/76/s0/08/hd76s0082 000000990 909CO $$ooai:digitalcollections.ohsu.edu:990$$pstudent-work 000000990 980__ $$aTheses and Dissertations
