Charles J. Hoffmann, M.D. was a Portland native and graduate of the University of Oregon Medical School, class of 1907, who served the community of Woodland, Washington as the town doctor for the majority of his career. The materials included in this collection stem from a scrapbook prepared by the community of Woodland and a set of lantern slides.
