Narrative Medicine
Narrative Medicine is the practice of listening, observing, and connecting through stories of illness and health helping clinicians and learners to engage with the context of patients and communities more intentionally and empathetically. Its use in pedagogy and curriculum can foster health sciences students to approach their roles and patients with more understanding and compassion. The Narrative Medicine collection consists of a wide range of materials produced by both students and professionals and includes poetry, curriculum, articles, artwork, and more.
