Theses, Dissertations, Capstones, etc.: This form is intended for master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, capstones, portfolios or any other submissions required for academic program completion. Contact ethesis@ohsu.edu if you have any questions.
Scholarship, Research, and Other Materials: This form is designed for submitting abstracts, presentations, articles, and other scholarly works. Contact ethesis@ohsu.edu if you have any questions.
Archival Material: This form is designed for submitting archival materials to OHSU’s Historical Collections. Contact the University Archivist before submitting materials here.
