Abstract

Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) has expanded opportunities for three-dimensional assessment of alveolar bone morphology; however, its measurement accuracy remains insufficiently characterized. This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of CBCT-derived measurements of buccal alveolar bone height (BBH) and buccal bone thickness (BBT) under two different acquisition settings.
