An oldie but a goodie, Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle is designed to assist those who work with adult learners to identify and employ various teaching strategies in an effort to increase learner engagement and content retention. During this session participants will engage in an interactive exercise and group discussion that will help them identify and apply new ways of delivering content to adult learners.
