This thesis focuses on the development of early cancer detection methods for oral and pancreatic cancer through the design of a novel system for liquid biopsy-based biomarker recovery and subsequent analysis from undiluted body fluids. This work addresses the critical clinical need to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of cancer biomarkers in early stages and improve test accessibility for the general population.
