While the prevalence of illness is particularly high in the segment of the population, it is also true that much of this illness goes untreated. The present study was concerned with identifying certain aspects of the health utilization pattern of the indigent age to have access to a free clinic because a great variety of factors appear to influence utilization behavior in the study population and eclectic approach was adopted with an emphasis on social-psychological factors.
