With the increasing computerization of patient records comes a reason to define quality in those records. This interesting task includes the evaluation of different methods of data capture from free text to structured data entry. Quality in computer-based patient records may have several attributes. Including completeness and correctness, this work defines a methodology for measuring these attributes.
