Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential benefits of using the Intel Videophone technology as patient physician communication tool. The main issues of the study are: 1) How easy is it for the patients and physicians to use the video phone? 2) Can the video phone reduce the utilization of resources? 3) What are the benefits of using this technology from the physician and patient's perspectives?
