This study examined agreement between self‑reported survey income and state unemployment insurance (UI) system data among disabled participants in a Wisconsin employment program. Quarterly income and hours worked were compared over three years to assess agreement over time and identify predictors of concordance. Overall agreement between data sources was good but varied by timing and definition, with highest agreement occurring near survey collection points and when income was classified relative to the Substantial Gainful Activity threshold. Physical disability, higher education, and partnered marital status predicted greater agreement. Results highlight strengths and limitations of each data source for policy research.
