Web-based distance instruction is growing in usage and importance. Coming with this growth are changes in instructional methods and technologies. There is a need for tools to evaluate these new courses, instructional methods and technologies. One possible strategy is evaluation-based on student interaction. The objective of this project was to produce an interaction centered evaluation tool for distance education.
