Abstract

The goal of this project is to document the bioinformatics tasks currently carried out by researchers in the fields of genomics and proteomics. This will help us identify unmet needs and challenges in informatics, recognize system features that could improve the performance of these tasks, and guide the development of new bioinformatics tools.
