This thesis is concerned with the design and implementation of BArry, a microarray data warehouse. The warehouse stores microarray expression data, information about laboratory gene libraries, and the location of archived data and image files from past experiments, lab technicians, and other users. Can access the data through an easy-to-use web-based interface. The system provides an initial implementation of the warehouse to serve a laboratory of current needs as well as those expected in the future.
