My capstone project was two-fold: (1) To create and administer a survey to bioinformatics leaders at 63 National Cancer Institute (NCI) Cancer Centers to assess the current use of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) in the clinical cancer setting; and (2) To review and summarize highlights from the recent 2014/15 CI4CC Clinical Genomics Workshops, hosted by the non- profit consortia, Cancer Informatics for Cancer Centers (CI4CC), in conjunction with the NCI.
