Abstract

This study aimed to compare changes in enamel microhardness adjacent to orthodontic brackets after a simulated caries challenge, using bonding agents formulated with varying compositions of bioactive glass versus a conventional resin. The findings will help determine whether bioactive glass-containing adhesives provide enhanced protection against demineralization during orthodontic treatment.
