PTSD is one of the most commonly observed psychiatric disorders in Veteran population because it consistently causes issues of persistent social, occupational, and interpersonal functioning impairment. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a topic that has prompted a substantial amount of research from the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA). As a result, the types of treatments available to effectively treat PTSD are becoming clearer.
